Founder’s Story
Hi, I’m Hector — the proud founder and CEO of The Cleaning Department®, a residential and commercial cleaning company serving families and businesses across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex.
When I started this company in 2021, my mission was simple: give people back their time and peace of mind with a cleaning service they could rely on. Today, my team and I focus on delivering eco-friendly, high-quality cleaning with a personal touch. From sparkling kitchens and spotless offices to Airbnb turnovers and laundry service, we’re here to make life easier — and a little fresher — for our clients.
Leadership & Experience
Before building The Cleaning Department, I spent more than two decades in leadership roles across the U.S., Mexico, and Latin America. I worked in sales, operations, and strategy — leading teams, improving processes, and driving growth.
Working with companies across Asia, South America, and the U.S. gave me a deep appreciation for how the right systems and strategies can transform teams. I bring that same mindset home to Texas, ensuring our cleaners are well-trained, supported, and ready to deliver consistent quality every time.
