Yes, we bring environmentally friendly products or we can use your products if requested.
Yes, we are bonded and insured. An accident or injury during the house cleaning time is covered and does not involve your insurance in any way.
We assign a Supervisor to every client so that we can assure you proper follow-up and inspection of your home’s work plan.
We can provide a fixed arrival time if your house is the first job on a team’s list. Second, third, and even fourth jobs have an arrival time window to prevent cleaners from rushing. This helps us keep our cleaners safe and reduces breakage. In addition, we want to make sure we give our full attention to every home, every time.
Generally, we send only one cleaner per home, but depending on the circumstances, we could send more.
We can come out on Saturdays for first cleanings. However, because we are typically closed Saturday, we do not set up ongoing service on the weekend. Also there is an additional fee for house cleaning requests for Saturdays.
Yes, we have weekly, bi-weekly and monthly packages, or you can customize the different dates of your cleaning service in our online booking system.
We love pets and know that pets are also part of the family. We make sure they will be treated right. In fact, we use select products that are safe for pets to be around, and we know all the tricks to get pet hair out of your nooks and crannies.
Yes. We assign a Supervisor to every client to make sure a proper follow-up of your case is made. Our cleaners are well-trained, experienced and have direct communication with you and the manager. If you’re not 100% satisfied with our service, we assure you we make things right in the less time possible
No. At this time The Cleaning Department® doesn’t offer laundry services.
We don’t regularly do dishes as part of ongoing service unless it is prearranged when the in-home estimate is done. We can do it as part of one time or on-call cleaning and it’s done strictly by the hour.
We are insured to hand clean the interior of windows that we can reach. For safety reasons, our cleaning techs are not allowed to wash the exterior window panes as that would push us into a different workers compensation category.
For the safety of our cleaners, we cannot move any objects over 35 pounds.
